ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team and enhance the service experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility maintenance across our food and beverage outlets, including the public Cimi’s Bistro restaurant and patio, as well as the private members-only Pinnacle Golf Club.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Excellence: Ensure that service and product quality consistently meet and exceed expectations, creating memorable experiences for members and guests.
Operational Management: Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations, ensuring all workstations are opened and closed properly and club operations management standards are adhered to consistently.
Team Leadership: Provide continuous training and leadership support to the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Collaboration: Work effectively as a member of the club’s F&B leadership team, contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
This is a management opportunity in our F&B department, a vital part of our club's operations. The successful candidate will be mentored by our highly skilled team of club professionals, gaining valuable experience in private club F&B operations. While previous serving and bar experience is preferred, we are open to training individuals who demonstrate a strong desire to excel in both public F&B and private club operations.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Established in 2006, Pinnacle Golf Club boasts over 400 primary memberships and features an 18-hole private golf course designed by Lanny Wadkins. Nestled within the Pinnacle communities, the club is surrounded by 1,800 residents. Our F&B operation is unique, with member-only spaces and the main restaurant, Cimi’s Bistro, open to the public. Reservations can be made online at www.cimisbistro.com, the OpenTable App, or by calling ahead, with availability six days a week in-season and five days a week off-season.
