Indulge in a delightful brunch spread featuring a vegetable and cheese strata, fluffy scrambled eggs, creamy cheesy potatoes, crispy bacon and sausage, and sausage gravy with biscuits. Satisfy your sweet tooth with French toast sticks drizzled in warm syrup and enjoy a refreshing selection of fresh fruit.
For our lunch offerings, savor Cimi’s Signature Salad accompanied by warm rolls and butter, followed by flavorful pasta primavera, tender chicken Florentine, and fresh asparagus spears. Enjoy a classic shrimp cocktail, perfectly chilled and served with traditional accompaniments.
At our protein carving station, feast on slow-roasted prime rib, baked ham, and crispy panko-breaded cod—each expertly prepared for a truly satisfying meal.

If you are a Pinnacle Golf Club Member, this event will be billed to your member charge account.

If you are not a Pinnacle Member, our team will share a PayPal invoice via email. Once you have received this PayPal invoice you then have 48 hours to submit payment. Failure to submit payment during this window will result in loss of desired seating or your reservation as a whole. The confirmation email you will receive after submitting this form is NOT your PayPal invoice, you will receive the invoice 1-3 business days once our team has processed your reservation. Thank you for your patience!

Cancellations: Guests who cancel their reservation before 12:00 pm on Sunday, April 27th will receive a full refund. Cancellations made before 12:00 pm on Sunday, May 4th will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 12:00 pm on Sunday, May 4th.
