GOLF OUTINGS
Host a golf outing at Pinnacle Golf Club
At Pinnacle, mixing business with play is not only acceptable, it’s encouraged. Your guests will be inspired and excited to round out their day by playing Pinnacle’s championship golf course. It’s the perfect addition to any professional gathering, and sure to make your event a memorable one.
Pinnacle features a Lanny Wadkins Signature course that's carved from a beautiful piece of rolling and wooded farmland. Pinnacle Golf Club has quickly gained a reputation for being an exciting, challenging and immensely satisfying golf course. Elevation changes and deep, stream cut ravines create a tapestry of visual excitement.
When you partner with us, our dedicated team handles all logistical details, allowing you to focus on your guests and sponsors. Your outing can include the following services:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

GOLF OUTING DAYS & TIMES
Pinnacle Golf Club hosts outings on Mondays, with shotgun start times beginning no earlier than 11:00 AM.

GOLFER FEES
The minimum golfer billing to host an outing at our venue is $7,560.00, which is based on a rate of $105.00 per golfer at 72 golfers. This amount will apply even if the actual number of golfers are fewer than 72. We have a maximum capacity of 136 golfers.

GOLF CARTS
Pinnacle’s golf cart fleet includes 68 carts. If additional carts are required, the Host must provide a minimum 90 days' notice, and any additional cart rental costs will be borne by the Host/ Sponsor.

GOLF OUTING DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of $2,500.00 is required to secure the event date. This deposit must accompany the signed contract and will be applied to the final invoice.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Customized food and beverage packages are available to meet your event needs, ranging from grab-and-go options to full sit-down buffets in our Grand Ballroom. Menus and per-person costs will be discussed with your Pinnacle Events Coordinator.

F&B GUIDELINES
In compliance with Ohio State Liquor License Law and Health Department regulations, please be aware of the following guidelines:

No outside food or beverages are permitted on Pinnacle property. This includes food or beverages for distribution or service.

Alcoholic beverages not purchased from Pinnacle Golf Club/ Cimi’s Bistro (the licensed holder) will be confiscated and discarded as required by Ohio law.

Any event participant found violating Ohio’s liquor laws will be asked to leave the property immediately, and no refunds will be issued.

Violating Ohio liquor laws may also result in fines or prosecution.
GENERAL GOLF RULES & ETIQUETTE
PAR THREE HOLES
All Par 3 holes must be played from the artificial turf tees, regardless of any outside "Hole-in-One" insurance requirements. Pinnacle has four (4) Par 3 holes (holes No. 14, No. 16, & No. 17). All Par 3 holes are also CART PATH ONLY. There will be NO EXCEPTION to this rule.
PACE OF PLAY
At Pinnacle Golf Club, we strive for an optimal pace of play, set at 4 hours and 22 minutes from tee-off to the conclusion of your round. With a pace of play of 2 hours and 8 minutes per nine holes, golfers can enjoy a leisurely 6-minute break at the turn.
AT THE TURN
Please be mindful of the 6-minute Turn Time to ensure we maintain an optimal pace of play.
PRACTICE
Golf outings are permitted up to one (1) hour before the scheduled start using the artificial turf tees. Practice is restricted to designated areas, including the driving range, putting green, and short game area.
Our practice facility is conveniently located across the street, between Hole No. 1 and Hole No. 2.
