CLUB POLICIES
Membership Obligations
At Pinnacle Golf Club (PGC), membership comes with certain responsibilities. All members must adhere to the club's established rules and guidelines to maintain a harmonious environment.

Dues and Fees:

Monthly dues and charges are required to be paid by the 15th of each month. Late fees will be applied after this date (Membership Application …)(Membership Guide 2024).

Payment options include major credit/debit cards, checks, and ACH. Automatic payment setups are encouraged (Membership Guide 2024).

Food & Beverage:
-
All food and beverages consumed at PGC must be purchased from the club. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited on club property, including golf courses and practice areas (Golf Guide 2024).

Alcoholic beverages are only to be served to individuals 21 years of age or older, in compliance with local, state, and federal laws (Golf Guide 2024).

Dress Code:

Proper attire is required at all times on the golf course. For men, shirts with collars and sleeves are mandatory, while women must wear appropriate golf attire such as dresses, slacks, or skirts. Cut-offs, sweatpants, and swimwear are not permitted (Golf Guide 2024).

Golf shoes with soft spikes or tennis shoes are required; metal spikes are prohibited (Golf Guide 2024).

Conduct and Behavior:

Members are expected to uphold the club’s reputation by maintaining proper behavior. Abusive language, disruptive behavior, or violation of club policies may result in suspension or termination of membership (Membership Application …) (Membership Guide 2024).

Members are responsible for the actions of their guests and children. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on club premises (Golf Guide 2024).

Golf Cart Use:

Carts must remain on designated paths near greens and tees. A 90° rule applies to minimize damage to the fairways (Golf Guide 2024).

Only two players and two bags are permitted per cart. Drivers must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver’s license (Golf Guide 2024).

Pace of Play:
-
All players are expected to maintain a pace of 4 hours and 22 minutes for 18 holes. If a group falls behind, they may be asked to speed up or skip a hole (Golf Guide 2024).

Guest Policies

Guest Access:
-
Guests are welcome, but must be accompanied by a member. Each guest is limited to seven rounds per calendar year (Golf Guide 2024).

Guest play is restricted on weekends and holidays until after 11:00 AM (Golf Guide 2024).

Responsibility for Guests:

Members are fully responsible for their guests’ conduct and any charges they incur (Golf Guide 2024).

Suspension and Termination of Membership

Non-Payment of Dues:

If dues and charges are not paid within 30 days, a late fee will be applied, and after 90 days, the membership may be terminated (Membership Application …) (Membership Guide 2024).

Inappropriate Conduct:

Members exhibiting inappropriate behavior, including non-compliance with club rules, may face suspension or termination of membership (Membership Application …) (Membership Guide 2024).

Reinstatement:

Suspended members may be reinstated upon payment of all outstanding dues and charges (Membership Guide 2024).

Use of Club Facilities

Private Events:

Private events and parties hosted by members must be coordinated through the club’s event staff. All food and beverages for events must be purchased through the club (Membership Guide 2024).

Pets:

Pets are not permitted within club facilities or on the golf course, with limited exceptions during the off-season (Membership Guide 2024).

Damage to Property:

Members are responsible for any damage caused to club property by themselves or their guests (Membership Application …) (Membership Guide 2024).
